Andrew Douglas, Managing Director, is responsible for ensuring that the environmental policy is implemented. However, all employees have a responsibility in their area to ensure that the aims and objectives of the policy are met.
Gemini Adhesives Ltd., will at all times comply with legal and regulatory requirements and will proactively monitor and improve the impacts of our operations on the environment. We incorporate environmental factors into our business decisions and have identified the following key areas for action and improvement.
We will review this policy and any related issues at our regular management meetings and we will involve staff in the implementation of the key objectives. The policy will be updated at least annually in consultation with staff and other stakeholders where appropriate. We will provide staff with any necessary environmental training and will work with suppliers, contractors and sub contractors to improve their environmental performance.
